This study was conducted on Hericium erinaceus-judae varieties (var. ‘Geoni’ and ‘Yong-A’) to confirm the growth caused by radiation. In order to confirm the growth characteristics of each Gy, 200, 400, 600 800, and 1000 Gy were investigated at each treatment port, and the Control of “Geoni” on the PDA (Potato Dextrose Agar) on day 9 was 85 mm, followed by 800, 600, 400, 200 and 1000 Gy. the Control of “Yong-A” also showed a high growth rate of 85 mm on Day 9, followed by 200, 400, 600, 1000, and 800 Gy. As a result of checking each object as a replacement culture in preparation for Control, it was confirmed that there may be a difference between species due to the occurrence of lines in both “Geoni” and “Yong-A” except for the control group Control.
